Проблемы и перспективы развития муниципального финансового контроля

Abstract

In the conditions of realization of the budgetary policy of the state, aimed at increase of efficiency of use of budgetary funds, maximizing the impact of each spent by the budget of the ruble, there is a necessity in formation of efficient system of financial control. In connection with the adoption of the Federal law from February 7, 2011 6-FZ «On General principles of organization and activity of the control-accounting bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal formations», which initiated the formation of a unified system of financial control in the Russian Federation. Proceeding from the experience of practical activity are stated in the article thoughts on certain issues of implementation of this law in the municipalities, as well as proposals for the improvement of the rules of this law.
