The relevance of the topic. The focus of the transformation of the healthcare system of the Russian Federation in the context of digitalization is aimed at modeling completely new and high-quality management methods in innovative conditions. The National Priority Healthcare Project defines the digitalization of the healthcare system of the Russian Federation as one of the key tasks that is being implemented through the introduction of digital technologies and platform solutions into the daily practice of medical organizations, monitoring and analyzing the use of healthcare resources in providing medical care to citizens. Goal. To analyze the transformation of healthcare system management in the context of digitalization in the subject of the Russian Federation. Methodology. The article uses such methods as comparative analysis, the method of expert assessments, and a systematic approach. Results and conclusions. Based on the results of the conducted research, we come to the conclusion that in the context of digitalization, problems remain in the healthcare management system of the Voronezh Region that require solutions. In the near future, the digitalization of medicine in the region will focus on the widespread introduction of electronic medical records, the development of the «connected patient» concept, which manifests itself in telemedicine, the provision of services using intelligent embedded devices and constant monitoring of patients' condition. Scope of application. The results of the study can be used in the implementation of state policy in the field of healthcare.

Relevance of the topic. The global trend towards comprehensive digitalisation of the economy and the expected expansion of its potential can only be realised if human needs and interests are fully taken into account. The existing problems in the development of the manufacturing sector, in turn, are subject to the adverse impact of the processes of formation and use of human resources in the field of digitalisation, arising in the course of intensive organisational changes and the formation of new requirements for professional competencies. It is difficult to unambiguously identify the trend in the development and transformation of human resources in the context of expanding the use of high technologies, which underlines the relevance of the study. Goal. Study of the mutual influence of digitalisation processes on the trends of development and transformation of human resources and the main trends in the development of domestic production. Methodology. In the process of conducting the research, methods of system analysis and synthesis of information, information search, processing and analysis of data characterising the development of digitalisation processes were applied. Results and conclusions. In the course of the research, the processes of slowing down the development of the production sector of the domestic economy that have manifested themselves in recent years, justified by the low cost of labour and the declining quality of technical specialists, were identified, and their impact on the pace of economic development in the field of digitalisation was substantiated. The reasons for the decline in the pace of digital development in the regions are substantiated: a qualitative change in the approach to digital transformation in the process of remote work and sanctions restrictions on access to new technologies and investments. An integrative approach to the involvement of the human factor in the era of digitalisation is proposed. Scope of application. The research results can be used to develop and implement a digital business strategy taking into account changes in the quality of human resources.

The relevance of using government programs in language policy is determined by the need to maintain linguistic identity, improve the quality of education, and adapt to the challenges of globalization and technological change. The importance of language policy in Russia lies in strengthening national unity and preserving cultural diversity. Government programs are aimed at strengthening the position of the Russian language as the state language and supporting the languages of indigenous peoples, which contributes to the preservation of national unity and the cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia. Goal. Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs in the implementation of language policy. Methodology. Methods such as comparative analysis, the method of expert assessments, and a systematic approach were used. Results and conclusions. The key problems are analyzed: limited funding, difficulties in implementing programs in remote regions, and a decrease in the number of native speakers of small languages. Scope of application. The results of the analysis of state programs in language policy can serve as an important tool for improving social, cultural and educational integration, as well as for the development and implementation of more effective language policy strategies.

The relevance of the topic. The specifics and high degree of social significance of state policy in the sphere of promoting employment of the population determine the need for effective implementation of measures for social adaptation of unemployed citizens, especially in the conditions of economic instability and transformation of the labor market. Goal. Analysis of state policy on the implementation of social adaptation of unemployed citizens in the labor market in the Russian Federation as a whole and in the Voronezh region. Methodology. The method of the theoretical mechanism of forming a positive image of the administration of the city district of Voronezh. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of the state policy on the implementation of social adaptation of unemployed citizens in the labor market in the Russian Federation as a whole and in the Voronezh Region, the main measures of support for the unemployed have been identified. The relevance of the topic. Features of the implementation of internal and external language policies by countries of the West, East and Russia - based on their political, socio-cultural characteristics. Goal. The purpose of the study is to analyze the features of language policy of the modern period, carried out by countries belonging to different types of political regions (West, East, Russia). Methodology. Reliance on theoretical and empirical ideas about various types of regions of the world, on statistical data reflecting language policy; turning to the modeling method, based on the current approach of cultural models. Results and conclusions. In the course of analyzing the features of the internal and external language policies of the countries of the West, East and Russia, problems and types of language policies were identified, problems of the relationship between politics and culture were considered, and a comparative analysis of the language policies of the countries of Europe, Asia and Russia was carried out. It is necessary to strengthen the scientific and cultural foundations of language policy, which is the foundation for improving international relations, enhancing contact and productivity of relations between countries. Russian language policy needs to include more practical, popular and cultural activities. Scope of application. The results of the study can be used both in the analysis of Russian language policy and in the study of foreign problems in language policy.

The article reveals the importance of an effective approach while using the road fund for the financial support of the road activities to improve targets implementing the state programs.
