Abstract

Relevance of the topic. The introduction of digital technologies provides industrial enterprises with mobility, increased capitalization and decision-making speed, the formation of new markets and increased competitiveness. Purpose. Research of new approaches to the organization of production of industrial enterprises using digital transformation tools. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific methods: statistical analysis and synthesis, generalization, a systematic approach. Results and conclusions. The experience of domestic corporations in the use of digital technologies, their advantages and problems of implementation are considered. The main groups of technologies successfully used by leading corporations of the domestic industry are identified, and the need for integration of various information technologies into a single complex covering all stages of the life cycle of products formed in an integrated information environment is justified. The results of the digital transformation of leading domestic corporations confirm the possibility and prospects of the transition from individual pilot and local projects of digital solutions to the transformation of end-to-end business processes, as well as the formation of a single information core of the enterprise.
