Relevance of the topic. The global trend towards comprehensive digitalisation of the economy and the expected expansion of its potential can only be realised if human needs and interests are fully taken into account. The existing problems in the development of the manufacturing sector, in turn, are subject to the adverse impact of the processes of formation and use of human resources in the field of digitalisation, arising in the course of intensive organisational changes and the formation of new requirements for professional competencies. It is difficult to unambiguously identify the trend in the development and transformation of human resources in the context of expanding the use of high technologies, which underlines the relevance of the study. Goal. Study of the mutual influence of digitalisation processes on the trends of development and transformation of human resources and the main trends in the development of domestic production. Methodology. In the process of conducting the research, methods of system analysis and synthesis of information, information search, processing and analysis of data characterising the development of digitalisation processes were applied. Results and conclusions. In the course of the research, the processes of slowing down the development of the production sector of the domestic economy that have manifested themselves in recent years, justified by the low cost of labour and the declining quality of technical specialists, were identified, and their impact on the pace of economic development in the field of digitalisation was substantiated. The reasons for the decline in the pace of digital development in the regions are substantiated: a qualitative change in the approach to digital transformation in the process of remote work and sanctions restrictions on access to new technologies and investments. An integrative approach to the involvement of the human factor in the era of digitalisation is proposed. Scope of application. The research results can be used to develop and implement a digital business strategy taking into account changes in the quality of human resources.

Analysis of production management processes: management of processes, resources, information, quality and personnel - in various areas of application of digital technologies in the Russian Federation. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific methods: statistical analysis and synthesis, generalization, a systematic approach. Results. An assessment of the use of digital technologies in the Russian Federation and European countries was carried out; A detailed analysis of the directions of digitalization of sectors of the national economy of the Russian Federation showed a sufficient degree of commitment to digital technologies in high-tech industries. Cases of the implementation of digital technologies at domestic enterprises in the real sector of the Russian economy have been studied. The experience of domestic corporations in the use of digital technologies, their advantages and implementation problems is considered. The analysis of the features of the use of digital technologies at domestic enterprises showed the predominant demand for technologies for collecting and processing big data, as well as digital design and modeling. Methodology. Methods of statistical analysis of time series of the dynamics of basic indicators. Results . Based on the analysis and assessment of the current situation in the digital economy at the regional level, the priority of the regional information technology market of the Voronezh region was determined, and trends and determinants of the unstable development of modern informatization and digital technologies were identified. Application area . The sphere of digital territorial structures at the mesoscale. Conclusions . In the course of the study, the undoubted presence of positive trends in the development of the use of information and telecommunication technologies in the region was revealed. Topical problematic issues requiring a comprehensive solution include the creation of technologies and the formation of territorial infrastructures as an environment for their development. The dynamics of the actual values of the costs of information and telecommunication technologies determines the interdependence of their main directions.

Digital transformation of the Russian economy in the context of economic globalization and the emergence of new information technologies is becoming an objective necessity. While digital technologies are now an essential business tool in the banking, retail and high tech industries, digitalization is taking its first steps in the industry. Low operational efficiency, outdated business models, and a lack of market and consumer orientation are the main factors that slow down digital processes in the aerospace industry. The digital transformation of aerospace enterprises will require cardinally optimizing all internal business processes, from designing new products to marketing. The concept of digitalization in the aircraft industry consists in adding a virtual environment to the surrounding world. The main task is to consider the aircraft as a «system of systems» and implement a platform approach to working with digital data, which allows you to combine all processes, from design to operation of the device. It is necessary to break down all barriers between different cycles of development of the device: from concept to service support to create a digital duplicate of the product.

Digital industrialization involves the creation of integrated conditions for the development and implementation of advanced information and communication technologies. The cluster approach - in particular, the creation of an IT cluster focused on the implementation of intelligent technologies - allows you to form an active interaction between industrial enterprises, the state and end consumers and can act as a real mechanism for promoting advanced technologies in all areas of management. Therefore, the most urgent task is to expand the capabilities of the mutual influence of territorial clusters on the development of information infrastructure. Based on the study of successful foreign and domestic experience, a threelevel system of necessary and sufficient prerequisites for the creation and development of clusters in the IT sphere is formed, the clustering conditions in the Voronezh region are determined, the dynamics of the use of information and communication technologies are assessed, and potential directions for the development of IT cluster in the region.

In the current competitive environment in the field of intellectual property and constantly changing market requirements, it becomes necessary to adequately redistribute resources to achieve strategic goals and continuous improvement of innovation programs. Therefore, the most urgent task is the development and use of a methodology for managing innovation potential, taking into account risk factors.The article describes modern aspects of innovation research, reflects the specifics of innovation activity at different hierarchical levels; on the statistical materials of the Voronezh region, the dynamics of innovative transformations has been studied and an innovation evaluation.

In modern conditions of regional development, there is a need to create a single information space, which requires a conceptually new approach to the formation and management of an integrated information system. The article outlines the main characteristics of integration processes in the information space, suggests the use of multi-layered control loops for integrated structures, identifies the main phases of the formation of the control mechanism and their specific functions, which increases the potential for effective integration interactions and synergies in the information environment.
