The development and implementation of digital technologies currently provides a significant share of the country's GDP increase. Throughout the world, such an assessment identifies the trend of digital transformation as promising and vital. Purpose. Analysis of production management processes: management of processes, resources, information, quality and personnel - in various areas of application of digital technologies in the Russian Federation. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific methods: statistical analysis and synthesis, generalization, a systematic approach. Results. An assessment of the use of digital technologies in the Russian Federation and European countries was carried out; A detailed analysis of the directions of digitalization of sectors of the national economy of the Russian Federation showed a sufficient degree of commitment to digital technologies in high-tech industries. Cases of the implementation of digital technologies at domestic enterprises in the real sector of the Russian economy have been studied. The experience of domestic corporations in the use of digital technologies, their advantages and implementation problems is considered. The analysis of the features of the use of digital technologies at domestic enterprises showed the predominant demand for technologies for collecting and processing big data, as well as digital design and modeling. The results of the digital transformation of leading domestic corporations confirm the possibility and prospects of the transition from individual pilot and local projects of digital solutions to the transformation of end-to-end business processes, as well as the formation of a single information core of the enterprise. The relevance of the topic. The assessment of the achievement of sustainable development indicators in Russia and the analysis of the regional practice of implementing the ESG agenda are conditioned by the need to eliminate imbalances in its implementation. Goal. Assessment of the commitment of Russian regions to the ESG agenda and comparative analysis of the application of ESG elements in the Central Chernozem region. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of the application of individual elements of ESG policy at the regional level, including the Central Chernozem region. Results and conclusions. The high interest of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the ESG transformation of the economy has been determined and the leading regions of the implementation of the ESG agenda have been identified. The growing regional imbalances in the implementation of ESG policy at the regional level may negatively affect the volume of attracted investments in the region, therefore, ways to smooth out such uneven development and search for tools to attract investors, taking into account the implementation of ESG principles, may become a promising direction in this context. The ESG transformation of the economy creates new conditions for public administration bodies that determine the vectors of socioeconomic development of regions, as well as the conditions for conducting economic activities for enterprises of various fields of activity and investment policy, taking into account the implementation of ESG factors.
