Abstract

Ensuring the innovative development of the region’s economy is currently an important task, the successful solution of which largely depends on the competitiveness of the region. Important in the innovative development of the economic system of the region is its labor potential. From its qualitative and quantitative characteristics depends on the ability of the regional system of innovation and implement them in the production process. In the article, the authors build a logical chain of dependencies between the various components of the labor potential of the region and the management effects on them in order to ensure the innovative development of the region. As a result of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that the interdependence of the development of labor potential and innovative development of the region.
