Relevance. Most countries are implementing programs for the transition to the digital economy, since in the modern world, the processing and analysis of ever-increasing data are becoming key factors of economic development. Goal. To reveal the significance of the implementation of the national project «Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the state» for the development of the Russian economy and its achievement of set strategic goals, to reflect the possible risks and chances associated with the implementation of this national project, as well as to summarize the experience of implementing the data economy abroad. Methodology. In the course of scientific research, general scientific methods of cognition were used: observation, comparison, description, analysis and methods of graphical representation. Results and conclusions. The article examines the prerequisites and significance of the adoption of the national project «Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the state», shows its priority areas and plans for each of the areas, reflects the interpenetration and interdependence of the data economy and the knowledge economy. The problems, challenges and risks to be faced in the implementation of the national project are outlined. The experience of the world's leading countries in developing the data economy is summarized, which allowed, on the one hand, to see the similarities in the use of digital technologies to generate profits and ensure economic growth, on the other hand, to identify differences. A comparative analysis of projects from different countries similar to the data economy project in Russia has been carried out. Since there is no single index yet for comparative assessment of the level of data economy in different countries, the article presents various indices that can be used to assess individual aspects of the development of the data economy. Conclusions are made about the existence of a number of obstacles to the development of the data economy in Russia. The scope of application. The results and conclusions drawn in the article can be applied in further studies of various aspects of the development of the data economy: its opportunities for economic growth of the country, threats and risks associated with its implementation, the study of obstacles to the data economy, the development of criteria for assessing the level of the knowledge economy in comparison with other countries.

In the modern world, digital platforms have become an integral part of economic and social life, becoming a key driver of transformation in traditional industries, the labor market, and consumer behavior. The development of the platform economy enables the creation of new forms of employment, increased accessibility of goods and services, stimulating innovation, and expanding the digital sovereignty of states. The relevance of research into the platform economy stems from the need to develop balanced policies that combine the innovative potential of digital platforms with social protection, competition, and security. This is especially important in the context of global technological rivalry. Goal. The purpose of this article is to analyze the key socio-economic trends in the development of the platform economy in Russia and around the world. Methodology. When writing the article, general scientific methods of cognition were used: observation, comparison, description, analysis. The article uses statistical data on people employed in the platform economy, and uses methods of graphical representation of information. Results and conclusions. The theoretical aspects of the development of the platform economy were studied, the types of digital platforms and the criteria for their definition were given. The key socio-economic trends characteristic of the platform economy are highlighted. Its development in a global context is also analyzed. The article highlights the relevance and strategic importance of the platform economy in the context of the rapid digital transformation of the global and national economy. The key opportunities that the development of digital platforms opens up are considered. For the sustainable and balanced development of the platform economy in Russia, a comprehensive government policy is needed aimed at creating a modern regulatory framework, ensuring fair competition, protecting the rights of consumers and platform workers, as well as developing digital literacy and cybersecurity. Scope of application. The materials of the article can serve as a theoretical and empirical basis for further research in the field of digital economy, comparative regulation of platform models, as well as assessment of the socio-economic consequences of the development of the platform economy in Russia and abroad.

The relevance of the topic. The insufficiently high efficiency of using the property of enterprises in the manufacturing sector of the economy reflects problems in asset management and does not allow achieving strategic development goals, which is especially important for companies in the context of economic sanctions and the adopted policy of import substitution. Goal. Formation of an integrated approach to the analysis of the assets of manufacturing companies for optimal asset management. Methodology. When writing the article, general scientific methods of cognition were used: observation, comparison, description, analysis. In the practical part, statistical data on the profitability of assets, the level of inflation, the share of unprofitable and profitable enterprises, as well as indicators of enterprises in the Kursk region, calculated according to accounting statements, are used. Results and conclusions. The article presents a conceptual model of analytical support for asset management of a production organization and describes it. The content of each of the stages of the analysis of the organization's property is considered and the main problems that are found in the process of analytical support for asset management are identified, as well as measures to eliminate them are proposed. Scope of application. The results of the study can be used in the development of a company's asset management strategy in order to increase the efficiency of its activities.
