The article discusses the main directions of development of socio-economic monitoring of the regional food market. The main attention is paid to information and the methodology of the analysis of socio-economic processes and phenomena, their measurements, economic and statistical analysis, modeling and prediction of statistical observations and data processing.

Article contains the analysis of the theoretical and practical approaches applied by researchers and state governing bodies to monitoring of social factors of development of regions. The analysis of regulations of the federal and regional levels, allowing to reveal the main qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the indicators used in the course of monitoring of social factors of development of territories is made. In analyzed scientific sources the emphasis on search of the productive components, allowing to increase efficiency of monitoring of social factors of development of administrative-territorial formations of the Russian Federation is placed.

In article problems of crisis of the enterprise as system phenomenon are considered. The methodological basis of research was made by system approach. Development of system approach in relation to object of research allowed to formulate author’s vision of the reason and the factors of environment causing crisis of the enterprises in modern conditions.

This article discusses the process of management decision, as the most important aspect influencing the purchase of manufactured goods. The author describes the sequence of steps aimed at implementing and monitoring of implemented management decisions about the purchase. A key consideration paid by solving problems for the purchase of manufactured goods.

In article the main directions of anti-crisis management of municipal formations are analyzed. On the basis of the developed system of anti-crisis management the requirements to its organization are specified. Different measures for the withdrawal from the crisis (financial, organizational, complex) are proposed.

In article methodological receptions of indicative management by the enterprises of the food industry, formalized in the form of the procedure including a number of stages reveal, consecutive realization is capable to provide achievement of a main objective of indicative management -adoption of effective administrative decisions with use of indicators directed on ensuring market stability and economic efficiency of functioning of the industrial enterprises. Article is continuation of scientific researches of the indicative management executed under the direction of the prof. of N. V. Sirotkina.
